Supporting Returned Veterans on ANZAC Day
April 25, 2010
In honour of our returned servicemen and women, Nelson Bros is assisting this year' s ANZAC Day Parade in the City of Melbourne. The Commemoration Parade was first held in Melbourne in 1915 when a few hundred returned servicemen marched from Prices Bridge to St Patrick’ s Cathedral for a service.
Using our fleet of black Rolls Royce coaches, we will chauffeur a number of the older returned veterans in the parade. Featuring the distinguished Rolls Royce cars, the veterans will be treated with the dignity deserved. We provide official " Veterans Vehicles" authorised by the ANZAC Day Commemoration Council.
The Parade travels from the City of Melbourne to the Shrine of Remembrance on the morning of ANZAC Day.
